IND’s Field Service Team provides a wide range of services at our client’s locations. Those services are broadly defined as installation, operation, maintenance and repair of the client’s components and equipment. Field Services complements the client’s efforts to maximize the economic return on their tremendous investment in equipment. The IND team provides advice on how clients can maximize the benefits of their equipment and are uniquely positioned to become a trusted advisor.
To provide our clients with premium service, IND has invested heavily in its Field Service Team, including continuous best practices training and implementing attractive retention programs for team members. IND understands the need to provide a continuity and reliability of resources for our client’s benefit.
The specific services provided by Field Services are extensive, but include:
- On-site tool maintenance (Scheduled and Unscheduled).
