IND complies with all appropriate occupational and environmental safety and health standards and regulations, such as applicable policy established by the Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA), the Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-know Act (EPCRA), and state or local occupational or environmental health and safety agencies.

All employees will be provided with training on the proper use and handling of chemical substances, including independent certifications where appropriate.  Only chemicals approved by IND maybe be used on, or transported to, IND property.
